The program\u2019s vision is to set up a guaranteed seed system with available, certified, and improved seeds with high yield potential. The cassava stems have proven to be resistant to diseases, drought, and the adverse effects of climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After visiting the CERAGRU cassava seed rapid multiplication facility, former President Obasanjo said that what he had observed inspired him with investment ideas for Nigeria.
