Other centers included ILRI, CIP, CIAT, and the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change and Food Security (<a title=\"Visit the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change and Food Security website\" href=\"https:\/\/ccafs.cgiar.org\/\">CCAFs<\/a>). At the exhibition and in line with the AGRA theme, IITA showcased two of the technologies from its Business Incubation Platform (BIP)\u2014Aflasafe and Nodumax, and the Youth Agripreneurs Program. NoduMax is a new legume inoculant for soybean developed at the BIP together with the N2Africa Project, whereas Aflasafe is an innovative biocontrol technology for controlling aflatoxin contamination in food and feed.\n<div id=\"attachment_1326\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n\n<a href=\"http:\/\/bulletin.iita.org\/index.php\/2016\/09\/21\/iita-participates-cgiar-exhibition\/1024_youth_tz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment noopener wp-att-1326\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1326 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iita.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1024_Youth_TZ.jpg\" alt=\"Picture of Veronica Kichanta and Julius Muli, IITA Agripreneurs fromTanzania and Kenya, respectively, at the IITA stand, CGIAR exhibition.\" width=\"1024\" height=\"855\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1326\" \/><\/a>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-1326\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Veronica Kichanta and Julius Muli, IITA Agripreneurs fromTanzania and Kenya, respectively, at the IITA stand, CGIAR exhibition.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<a title=\"Visit the IITA Youth Agripreneurs website\" href=\"http:\/\/youthagripreneurs.org\/\">IITA Youth Agripreneurs<\/a>\u00a0from Kenya, Nigeria, and Tanzania, also took part in the exhibition, showcasing their products such as cassava flour and products made from cassava flour, fish feed, and soymilk and soymilk yoghurt.\n\nThe exhibition was co-funded by the Central and Eastern Africa Hub in collaboration with the Communication Office.\n\nThe next AGRF will take place in Abidjan, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, in 2017.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IITA took part in a CGIAR-wide exhibition at the 2016 AGRF.
