Objectifs<\/strong><\/h4>

This request for expression of interest follows IITA\u2019s procurement procedures for the need to engage a qualified and experienced organization\/engineer to ensure optimal performance, maintenance and operation of yinghe 3.2m eco solvent large-format printing machine, so as to meet production targets, including quality output.<\/p>

IITA invites eligible and reputable firms to express their interest in providing the annual maintenance services. Detailed Terms of Reference will be shared with shortlisted vendor.<\/p>

Terms and Conditions for Pre-Qualification<\/h4>

Interested service providers must submit relevant information demonstrating their qualifications and capacity to undertake the services. The following documents are mandatory for consideration:<\/p>

Mandatory Requirements<\/h4>
  1. Company Profile: Comprehensive company profile detailing relevant experience, staff capabilities, and contact information (company name, physical and postal addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses).<\/li>
  2. Relevant Experience: Verifiable evidence of experience.<\/li>
  3. Certificate of incorporation\/registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)<\/li>
  4. Audited Financial statements for the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025)<\/li>
  5. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2023, 2024, and 2025).<\/li>
  6. Reference letters from a minimum of three (3) reputable organizations.<\/li><\/ol>

    Shortlisting of firms will be based on compliance with the above requirements and in line with IITA\u2019s procurement guidelines.<\/p>
