s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et nutritionnelle au Lib\u00e9ria en d\u00e9veloppant un syst\u00e8me semencier r\u00e9glement\u00e9 ax\u00e9 sur la demande pour les cultures et les poissons cl\u00e9s, en am\u00e9liorant la production de semences, l'assurance qualit\u00e9 et l'acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9, et en renfor\u00e7ant la capacit\u00e9 des parties prenantes des secteurs public et priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultats attendus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diversit\u00e9 des lign\u00e9es consanguines am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et des clones de cultures cibles (y compris les bio-fortifi\u00e9es) et des esp\u00e8ces de poissons identifi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La demande du march\u00e9 pour les semences est \u00e9tablie et une strat\u00e9gie marketing appropri\u00e9e est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interventions continues dans diff\u00e9rentes cha\u00eenes de valeur identifi\u00e9es et renforc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation de production de semences reproductrices pleinement fonctionnelle optimis\u00e9e \u00e0 CARI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des \u00e9closeries de reproduction par cohortes pour alevins mixtes et alevins de tilapia mono-sexes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es \u00e0 la NaFAA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personnel du CARI, de la NaFAA et du MoA form\u00e9s sur la production de semences\/semis de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et la production d'alevins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00e9tudiants de l'Universit\u00e9 du Liberia ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s par le biais de programmes de stages en sciences halieutiques et aquacoles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9tales cibles et des esp\u00e8ces de poissons de premier ordre, consanguines et clon\u00e9es, enregistr\u00e9es et incorpor\u00e9es dans les catalogues nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semences de reproducteurs de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s cibles am\u00e9lior\u00e9es de cultures et alevins de tilapia des deux sexes produits par le CARI avec le soutien de AfricaRice, de l'IITA et de WorldFish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PSC, CBSE et CBSP form\u00e9s pour produire, stocker et fournir des semences\/plants de base et certifi\u00e9s de cultures et de poissons cibles am\u00e9lior\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les SGP, CSBC et CBSP ont re\u00e7u un soutien en m\u00e9canisation pour la production, le traitement et le stockage des semences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les CSL, les CSCE et les CSBC produisent des semences de base de cultures et de souches de poissons cibl\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les PSC, les CBCE et les CBSP produisent des semences certifi\u00e9es de cultures cibles et de souches de poissons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des PSC, CBSE et CBSP form\u00e9s aux techniques de marketing des semences et aux strat\u00e9gies commerciales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les PSC, les CBSE et les CBSP ont re\u00e7u un logiciel pour g\u00e9rer les activit\u00e9s de production, de transformation, de certification et de commercialisation des semences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le SDCA a re\u00e7u des logiciels et du personnel form\u00e9s pour se connecter avec des entreprises semenci\u00e8res publiques et priv\u00e9es en vue de mener des activit\u00e9s de suivi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agents de vulgarisation agricole et inspecteurs de semences form\u00e9s aux techniques de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9, de certification et de commercialisation des semences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines\/semences certifi\u00e9es de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9es
