D\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le CGIAR en tant qu'Entit\u00e9 Accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e du GCF, avec le Centre du Riz Africain (AfricaRice) et le Fonds Interprofessionnel pour la Recherche et le Conseil Agricoles (FIRCA) en tant qu'Entit\u00e9s d'Ex\u00e9cution, et l'IITA et l'Alliance de Bioversity International et CIAT en tant que partenaires de recherche, le projet permet aux agriculteurs, aux entreprises agroalimentaires et aux institutions nationales de g\u00e9rer les risques climatiques tout au long des cha\u00eenes de valeur du riz, du manioc et de l'igname dans les r\u00e9gions centrales du N\u2019Zi, de l'Iffou, du Moronou, de La M\u00e9 et du Gb\u00eak\u00ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultats attendus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 147 000 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires directs et 441 000 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires indirects dans les cinq r\u00e9gions cibles (dont au moins 40 % de femmes), avec des gains mesurables en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et nutritionnelle, de productivit\u00e9 et de revenu des m\u00e9nages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 606 212 tCO2eq att\u00e9nu\u00e9es d'ici la fin du projet et une estimation de 3 808 776 tCO2eq sur sa dur\u00e9e de vie de 20 ans, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'agriculture climato-intelligente (ACI), \u00e0 la gestion durable des terres et \u00e0 l'agroforesterie sur environ 110 600 hectares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Un r\u00e9seau agrom\u00e9t\u00e9orologique national fonctionnel et des services d'information climatique, avec des conseils agricoles renforc\u00e9s, des canaux de diffusion (radio, SMS, portail SIG) et des agents de vulgarisation, des officiers du MINETE et des agriculteurs form\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Un service national efficace de vulgarisation agricole (CSA), comprenant des programmes de formation ANADER et ADERIZ am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, des agents de vulgarisation et des responsables r\u00e9glementaires certifi\u00e9s (objectif : au moins 1 000 personnes form\u00e9es, dont un minimum de 40 % de femmes), et des liens plus solides entre la recherche et la vulgarisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Am\u00e9lioration de l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des financements climato-intelligents, avec au moins 20 000 agriculteurs et agro-entreprises (minimum 40 % de femmes) ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des produits et services financiers d'agriculture climato-intelligente (ACI), soutenus par des instruments politiques tenant compte de la parit\u00e9 et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des institutions de microfinance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Gestion durable int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des terres et agroforesterie d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9gions centrales, avec au moins 100 000 producteurs et agents de vulgarisation utilisant des recommandations sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l'emplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Cha\u00eenes de valeur du manioc, de l'igname et du riz climato-intelligentes, avec promotion d'intrants et de mat\u00e9riel de plantation de haute qualit\u00e9, d'organisations de producteurs et de commercialisation renforc\u00e9es, et d'infrastructures rationalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Renforcement des syst\u00e8mes nationaux de connaissance et des liens de march\u00e9 inclusifs entre agriculteurs, institutions financi\u00e8res, entreprises
