class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et valider des eLFA \u00e0 amplification chimique, \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 un potentiostat NFC pour cr\u00e9er des tests num\u00e9riques jetables et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des protocoles, des logiciels et une formation pour les tests sur le terrain et la production future \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle en Afrique de l'Est.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultats attendus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chimies modifi\u00e9es pour les kits ELISA existants pour les mesures \u00e9lectrochimiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9LFA fonctionnelle chimiquement amplifi\u00e9e pour les CBI et MCMV valid\u00e9e en laboratoire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tests num\u00e9riques jetables NFC-eLFA pour les CBSI et le MCMV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application Android pour faire fonctionner le NFC-eLFA (en ligne et hors ligne) et envoyer des donn\u00e9es aux serveurs cloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backend cloud et site web pour le stockage et la visualisation des r\u00e9sultats des tests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9thode \u00e9conomique et conviviale pour la pr\u00e9paration d'\u00e9chantillons v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sur le terrain, valid\u00e9e par rapport aux techniques standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deux ing\u00e9nieurs sud-africains dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et entra\u00een\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mille appareils NFC-eLFA pour la d\u00e9tection des IBCS et du MCMV sur le terrain (500 chacun).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performances sur le terrain de NFC-eLFA \u00e9valu\u00e9es et compar\u00e9es aux m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience utilisateur sur le terrain \u00e9valu\u00e9e pour de futures am\u00e9liorations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans pour une fabrication \u00e0 haut volume (10 000 unit\u00e9s\/mois) et la distribution apr\u00e8s
