class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectif du projet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'objectif de ce projet est d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience de l'agriculture au changement climatique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des innovations cibl\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection et \u00e0 des d\u00e9couvertes g\u00e9nomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat attendu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>QTL nouveaux identifi\u00e9s par EnvGWAS dans des collections de banques de germoplasmes de ma\u00efs, de sorgho, de riz, de ni\u00e9b\u00e9 et de manioc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessions de populations locales \u00e0 haute valeur identifi\u00e9es, enrichies en nouveaux QTL gr\u00e2ce aux profils de pr\u00e9diction et d'EnvGWAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de populations pour l'introduction de caract\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques \u00e0 l'aide de la g\u00e9nomique et du ph\u00e9notypage avanc\u00e9s pour des parents r\u00e9currents d'\u00e9lite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ressources germoplasmiques donatrices de caract\u00e8res bien caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es, dot\u00e9es de marqueurs valid\u00e9s, diffus\u00e9es en tant que biens publics mondiaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9laboration de listes prioris\u00e9es de besoins en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9couverte de caract\u00e8res pour les pipelines concernant les caract\u00e8res pertinents pour l'adaptation au changement climatique, en mettant l'accent sur les femmes agricultrices et les groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9laboration et adoption de recommandations de bonnes pratiques pour les fili\u00e8res de caract\u00e8res adapt\u00e9s au climat
