She is a<\/span>\u00a0Nigerian national<span lang=\"en-GB\">\u00a0and is the coordinator of the Food Safety for Africa EU-funded project. Her academic qualifications include a<\/span>\u00a0PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia; an MSc from Imperial College London, United Kingdom; and a BSc from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"hyphens: none;\">Her research interests are currently on\u00a0<span lang=\"en-GB\">food safety, plant pathology, climate change adaptation and mitigation with focus on mitigating exposure to mycotoxins<\/span>,\u00a0<span lang=\"en-GB\">heavy metals, pesticide residues, food fraud; biodiversity protection, and one health<\/span>.
