She brings over 15 years of experience working at the World Bank in Washington DC. Throughout her tenure with the Bank, Sabra has built a reputation for developing strategies and incubating partnerships working in country operations, policy &amp; governance and procurement. In her capacity as Program Administrator, Sabra is a member of the TAAT Program Management Unit Team and will serve as a liaison, strengthening partnerships with TAAT\u2019s partner institutions in East and Southern Africa and establishing linkages with donor institutions to leverage funding for the program.<br>Sabra received her Bachelors (1998) in Communications at the American University in Washington, DC and her master\u2019s in business administration management (2005) at the University of Maryland.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sabra Lewis, US citizen, is the IITA TAAT Program Administrator based in Nairobi, Kenya.
