She is based at IITA, Ibadan, Nigeria.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-NG\">Her research focus is on micro-level analysis of multidimensional empowerment, gender, and youth empowerment, especially in agriculture and rural livelihoods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">She\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-NG\">has a doctoral degree in<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria in 2018. Before taking up the Postdoctoral position, Dr. Adeyeye worked as a Senior Research Fellow at<\/span><span lang=\"en-NG\">\u00a0the Centre for Gender and Social Policy Studies, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where her responsibility includes teaching, research<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">,<\/span><span lang=\"en-NG\">\u00a0and advocacy on gender, development<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">,<\/span><span lang=\"en-NG\">\u00a0and social policy issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"en-NG\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Dr. Adeyeye has vast experience in conducting research and has<\/span>\u00a0led and worked with multidisciplinary\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-GB\">teams<\/span>\u00a0on projects funded by IDRC, BMGF, etc. in different contexts across Africa: Nigeria, Ghana, and Tanzania.\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-GB\">She has hands-on experience in gender analysis, mainstreaming, and integration; gender policy design, implementation, and review; and women empowerment and Gender Analysis frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"en-NG\"> Elle est titulaire de diff\u00e9rentes bourses et subventions, notamment la bourse African Women in Agriculture Research and Development (AWARD) (2011), la bourse de formation sur le genre INASP AuthorAid (2015) et la bourse de recherche de troisi\u00e8me cycle de l'IITA (2016).
